  1. Where Does Your Boss Think You Are At Right Now?

I find this question relevant because it might be a few months before we get "that" interview. Also, it is not a trick question you are suppose to answer with a generic archetype answer like most of the other questions. Fry simply tells you to answer it with the truth.

  3. My favorite (& tricky) question that I like is "Tell me about the types of people you have trouble getting along with?"

I don't know why that is my favorite question but I feel like it shows how if you can get along with all sorts of different people. Even if you don't hang out with them alot or you have different views in life that you don't agree with. I feel like its a tricky question because if you answer it right, it'll show how mature you are.

    1. Rachel — you'll have to find a different question. We've already answered this one.

  4. I chose "If you were starting college tomorrow, what courses would you take?"

For one thing, I'm not entirely sure how I would answer this yet, so it would help to think about it, but also I think this question would give the potential employer insight into the way the applicant views the worth of his time at college and whether he can find meaning in seemingly unrelated tasks.

  5. I chose "How do you deal with Subordinates who are becoming part of the problem rather than part of the solution?"

What I like about this question is that I feel like its trying to see if you can deal with other people who have less power than you do. Or if you get along with everybody or if you fit in.

  6. The question I am choosing is " Do you anticipate problems well or merely react to them?".

Being appropriately involved in the specific workings of whatever specific job you are doing, as well as the positions that support you, show a determination to make the work that you are doing the best it possibly can be. This question can allow possible employers to see how involved with the company you are, whether your there just collecting checks or there to really do the best job you can. I think it works well because it can access the involvement and identification the job a person will have, as well as seeing if they are really working to make circumstances run as smoothly as possible.

  7. I chose the question "What does failure mean to you?"

This is a unique question because it delves into things the applicant regrets doing and how he or she will work to prevent similar failures in the future. This also gives the interviewer an idea of how driven and hardworking the applicant is and whether or not he or she takes responsibility for past mistakes.

  8. i chose the question "What are your greatest strengths?"
I feel that my greatest strength is my approachability and people skills. I’m not afraid to meet new people and I’ve been told I’m very likable. in addition to this my background as a childcare provider gives me a good ground to say that I’m confident with communicating and interacting with all age groups in a professional setting.

  9. What is the biggest failure you had in your career? What steps have you taken to make sure something like that doesn't happen again?

  10. i chose the questions, "Are you still employed at the last firm listed on your resume?"

I like this question because it can show employers that you are hirable and able to work in a business for an extended period of time.

In my experience, it is easier to be hired when you already have a job than it is to get hired right off the street.
